Billet Aluminum Big Brake Kit

Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the monoblock calipers are both lightweight and incredibly strong, eliminating weak spots common in cast or welded designs. They feature aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding racetrack temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and preventing drag. An opposed-piston design promotes consistent pad wear, while titanium retainer clips and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The kit also includes DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. These rotors are available in either cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving for cooler operation) or slotted designs (recommended for track use to wipe away heat, dust, and gases). The two-piece design, featuring center sections crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduces the risk of warping due to heat buildup and improves heat dissipation. The system comes standard with SC5 Ceramic street pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads for extreme track conditions is also available. Each kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, all required mounting components and hardware, and an owner's manual. Ksport offers custom caliper color options and upgrades for center bells and hardware. All Ksport Big Brake Kits come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, requiring an estimated 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. This system is appropriate for 18-inch wheels and above.
