Billet Aluminum Big Brake Kit

The calipers are crafted from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional lightness, strength, and resistance to corrosion. They feature opposed-piston designs which enhance pad grip and minimize uneven wear. The aluminum pistons are specifically chosen for their superior heat resistance and durability. Complementing the calipers are reinforced carbon steel brackets, allowing for the direct installation of these oversized calipers onto the vehicle's existing mounting points. The braking system utilizes two-piece rotors with vented cast iron braking surfaces and aluminum centers. This design not only lowers rotational mass for improved responsiveness and shorter stopping distances but also mitigates rotor warpage by allowing for less restricted expansion and contraction of the outer iron section. Heavy-duty caliper seals are incorporated for sustained high-temperature use, and stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, leading to a firmer and faster pedal response. This kit requires a minimum wheel diameter of 17 inches (432mm) and features 330mm (13-inch) drilled rotors. It is specifically designed for the 2003-2008 Nissan 350z, targeting a performance or racing driving style.
