Billet Aluminum Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the foundation of Ksport's Procomp system, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. Standard full-floating rotors ensure superior self-centering within the caliper, contributing to reduced drag and more consistent braking. The calipers are meticulously crafted from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet exceptionally strong and corrosion-resistant component. Aluminum pistons are employed to enhance heat resistance, ensuring uncompromised performance even under demanding conditions. The brake pads included are Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic for optimal street and occasional track use, offering a significant reduction in dust, noise, and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Each kit features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which resist expansion under pressure to provide a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to standard rubber lines. The rotors are available in either slotted or cross-drilled designs, with slotted recommended for more track-oriented use due to their superior heat dissipation. These kits are built to order, with a production and delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. Ksport Big Brake kits are designed to fit 2WD vehicles only, unless otherwise stated, and are confirmed to work with the Porsche 996 Twin Turbo C4S model from 1999-2004.
