The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit offers a sophisticated bolt-on upgrade to significantly enhance your vehicle's stopping power, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions. The calipers are forged from a single piece of aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion and warping. They feature opposed-piston designs for consistent brake pad grip and wear, along with high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The lightweight aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass for improved responsiveness and act as heat sinks. The outer rotor sections can expand and contract independently, reducing the risk of warping. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use to manage heat, dust, and gases more effectively. Included with the kit are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal response and feel, and SC5 Street Pads offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade option to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions.
