Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the 1-piece calipers offer exceptional strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, which contribute to improved heat resistance and reliable operation. The kit includes 8-piston calipers (standard on 13" and 14" systems) that feature an opposed piston design to improve pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. It also comes with two-piece rotors for lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip, suitable for both track and street use. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by eliminating expansion under pressure. Customization options are available for caliper colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium, Glassy/Hard Anodized). Rotor choices include Slotted or Cross Drilled; Cross Drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while Slotted rotors are suggested for track use. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, reducing brake dust by over 50% and minimizing noise and rotor wear with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F.
