These calipers also feature aluminum pistons, which provide superior heat management and maintain optimal performance even under demanding thermal loads. This rear big brake kit utilizes 4-piston lightweight aluminum calipers, designed to greatly improve pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. It features two-piece rotors, which contribute to a lighter overall weight and provide fade-free performance with effective grip on the track, while still offering comfortable operation during normal driving. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, made with NAOC Ceramic compound, delivering optimal braking performance for both street and occasional track use. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by 50% or more and minimize noise and rotor wear, operating effectively between 194°F and 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel.
