Each caliper is constructed from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing a combination of lightweight design, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. The inclusion of aluminum pistons further enhances heat dissipation, ensuring consistent operation even under demanding use. Calipers are available in standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish finishes and custom color options also available. The Procomp systems utilize two-piece rotors, which contribute to a lightweight design, fade-free performance, and effective grip. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track applications. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, offering improved pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Included are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, while reducing brake dust by over 50% and minimizing noise and rotor wear. These pads operate optimally between 194°F and 1022°F. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order and typically require a 4-6 week production and delivery time.
