This sophisticated bolt-on system features one-piece calipers constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring unparalleled strength, lightness, and resistance to corrosion. The caliper pistons are made from aluminum and protected with heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, while the opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. The rotors are available in cross-drilled or slotted designs, with cross-drilled recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation, and slotted for more track-focused use. All Procomp Big Brake systems include lightweight center sections crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and are equipped with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines that provide a firmer pedal feel and quicker response. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit also features CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to OEM caliper bracket locations. Center bell customization options, including titanium and twin-color anodized finishes, are also available. The Procomp Big Brake Kit is made to order and is non-refundable.
