Billet Aluminum Caliper Kit

Constructed from aerospace-quality billet aluminum, the one-piece calipers are exceptionally lightweight and boast unparalleled strength, eliminating weak spots that can lead to fracturing or warpage. The opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The kit utilizes two-piece rotors that offer lightweight construction, fade-free performance, and effective grip. The two-piece design also allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, reducing the chance of warping due to heat buildup. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use. Each Procomp Big Brake kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to OEM locations. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response compared to stock rubber lines. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance under street and occasional track conditions with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit is made to order, and customization options for caliper color, center bell upgrades, and pad types are available.
