Billet Aluminum Caliper Kit

Constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum, the one-piece forged calipers are exceptionally lightweight and strong, eliminating weak spots that can lead to failure over time. The calipers feature aluminum pistons protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and preventing corrosion. An opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear, complemented by high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The center sections are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, acting as effective heat sinks and allowing the outer rotor to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping. This design ensures a longer service life compared to traditional rotors. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are advised for track-focused use due to their superior heat, dust, and gas management. Included are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines that prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Standard SC5 Street Pads offer optimal braking for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use. The kit also features CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation to OEM locations. Customization options for caliper color and center bell upgrades are available.
