Billet Aluminum Caliper Kit

The calipers are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing a lightweight yet exceptionally strong and corrosion-free component. Aluminum pistons are employed to offer superior heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation. The kit features lightweight aluminum calipers. For rear Procomp systems, 2-piston calipers are standard on 11" and 12" kits, while 4-piston calipers are standard on 13" and 14" systems. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that facilitate direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket location. Two-piece rotors are utilized to offer light weight, fade-free performance, and effective grip while ensuring comfortable operation for daily driving. Customization options are extensive, with standard caliper colors including Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, alongside premium high-polish finishes like Silver, Gold, and Titanium, as well as Glassy/Hard Anodized Colors, offering nearly limitless possibilities. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads (NAOC Ceramic), which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, reducing brake dust by over 50% and minimizing noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, improving pedal response and feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are recommended for track-focused vehicles. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks.
