Each caliper is precision-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring a lightweight yet exceptionally strong and corrosion-resistant component. The calipers incorporate aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance compared to traditional materials, contributing to uncompromised operation even under extreme use. The Procomp kit features two-piece rotors for a combination of lightweight design, fade-free performance, and effective grip suitable for both racetrack and daily driving. Included are NAOC Ceramic SC5 street pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, while also reducing brake dust by over 50% and minimizing noise and rotor wear. The operating temperature range for these pads is between 194°F and 1022°F. Complementing the system are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than stock rubber lines.
