Billet Aluminum Caliper Kit with Two-Piece Rotors

Each caliper is precision-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight construction, unparalleled strength, and resistance to corrosion. The calipers also feature aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance and uncompromised operation compared to standard materials. The opposed piston caliper design, standard on the 8-piston front systems for 13" and 14" rotors, greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Included are NAOC Ceramic SC5 street pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. These pads operate effectively within a temperature range of 194°F to 1022°F. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow the larger calipers to bolt directly to the OEM caliper bracket location. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Customers have the option to choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler running temperatures.
