The CTS Turbo 180mm Crank Pulley Upgrade Kit is designed for Audi 3.0T FSI engines, offering a performance boost by replacing the stock pulley with a larger diameter unit crafted from billet T66061 aluminum. This design reduces rotational mass, contributing to optimized engine performance and responsiveness without compromising durability. Precision CNC-machined in-house at CTS Turbo, the pulley meets OEM-spec honing and tolerances for reliability. The kit features an anodized black finish for increased durability and an aesthetic that complements the engine bay. It also includes a replacement crank pulley belt for a more seamless installation process. This upgrade is specifically intended for use with appropriate "Stage 2" performance software (not included), which is crucial for maximizing boost and power output by optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed-off. The kit is designed for compatibility with various performance tuners, including Stage 2+ Unitronic or Stage 2 034Tuning. Compatibility is broad, covering Audi 3.0T V6 24V SC engines in models such as the S4 B8/B8.5 (2010-2016), S5 B8/B8.5 (2010-2016), SQ5 B8 (2014+), Q5 B8 (2009+), A6 C6 (2005.5 – 2011), A6 C7 (2012+), and A7 C7 (2012+). CTS Turbo backs this product with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, offering peace of mind for original owners regarding repairs or replacements.
