It features a differential bore caliper configuration with larger pistons than ProComp calipers. The caliper is machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum and weighs just over 7lbs. each.

This SuperComp system integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously refresh the brake pad surface during braking. The SuperComp caliper itself is a standout feature, utilizing a differential bore configuration with substantially larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. Machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, each caliper weighs just over 7lbs and includes integrated protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This specific kit comes standard with Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating disc design also mitigates thermal stress to prevent warping and cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotors efficiently expels gas and pad debris, and helps reduce braking noise compared to conventional designs. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For vehicles primarily used for track driving, slotted rotors are recommended.
