Description

By minimizing the flex and vibration of the stock mount, which degrades over time, the ZZP billet mount helps to improve power delivery to the drivetrain and reduce shock during aggressive acceleration or launches. This upgraded engine mount is 2 lbs lighter than the factory unit and contributes to a more performance-oriented feel in the engine bay. While the stiffer poly bushings reduce engine movement, ZZP notes that some increase in in-cabin vibration may occur due to the more direct connection, but states it remains daily-drivable. For a comprehensive race-ready setup, it can be paired with ZZP's billet front, rotated rear, or standard rear transmission mounts. It fits the 2005-2010 Chevy Cobalt SS, 2004-2007 Saturn Ion Redline, and 2008-2010 HHR SS. Additionally, it is compatible with the 2007-2010 Pontiac G5 and G5 GT, as well as 2005-2010 Cobalt 2.2/2.4, 2004-2007 Ion 2.2/2.4, and 2005-2010 HHR 2.2/2.4 models, provided they have a manual transmission.
