Billet Aluminum Front Differential Insert Kit

The 034 Motorsports Billet Aluminum Front Differential Mount Insert Kit is engineered to enhance the driving experience in Gen 1 and Gen 1.5 Audi R8 models by addressing the deflection of factory rubber front differential mounts. These stock mounts can cause power transfer delays and suboptimal handling during on-throttle and off-throttle transitions. Constructed from CNC-machined Billet 6061 Aluminum with a clear anodized finish, these inserts are designed to fill the voids within the factory front differential bushings. This precise fitment significantly reduces front differential movement during acceleration, deceleration, and shifting, leading to a more refined and connected feel. The installation process is described as straightforward and is completely reversible. The kit includes two front mount inserts, one rear mount insert, and new OE bolts. This insert package was developed using CAD software and underwent extensive testing on 034Motorsport's in-house Gen 1.5 Audi R8 4.2 Development Vehicle to ensure optimal performance and fitment.
