Billet Aluminum Fuel Rail

The Integrated Engineering fuel rail is a one-piece billet aluminum component designed to upgrade the look of your VW or Audi 1.8T 20V engine bay. Machined in-house from 6061 aircraft aluminum, this fuel rail provides a perfect fit and an attractive aesthetic. It features -8AN O-ring boss inlet/outlet ports for leak-free fuel flow and retains factory injector clips for safety. The black anodized finish is resistant to corrosive and ethanol fuels, ensuring durability. The mounting posts are integrated into the rail for precise placement and straightforward installation. This product is compatible with various Audi and Volkswagen models equipped with the 1.8T 20V engine, including the A4 (B5, B5.5, B6), A6 (C5), A6 Allroad (C5), TT (MK1), A3 (MK1), S3 (MK1), Golf (MK4), GTI (MK4), Jetta/Jetta GLI (MK4), Passat (B5, B5.5), and Beetle. Note that when installed on AMB engine codes with short injectors, IE 12mm Fuel Injector Extensions (Part Number: IEBAUU3) are required.
