Description

The IPSCO Gen 4/5 Billet Pulleys are designed as direct replacements for factory pulleys in 2008-2017 Vipers. The Idler Pulley replaces the original steel component with a durable billet aluminum version that includes a replaceable bearing for extended service life. Similarly, the Belt Tensioner Pulley upgrades the stock plastic tensioner pulley to a robust billet aluminum construction, also featuring a replaceable bearing. The Under Drive Crank Pulley is engineered to reduce the rotational speed of the water pump, alternator, power steering pump, and AC by 25%. This underdriving not only helps prevent water pump cavitation but also results in a modest performance gain of 5-10 HP. This pulley comes complete with new M8 X 1.25 Grade 8 mounting hardware for a straightforward installation.
