Overview

This manifold is a favorite for Auto X and caters to smaller turbos for a reliable, everyday setup.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, it features a CAD-designed, CNC machined billet runner section for modularity. It includes an inset plenum, an O-ringed head flange, and a 5-port vacuum plate with 1/4" NPT threads.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum, this manifold boasts a CAD-designed and CNC-machined billet runner section that bolts directly to the plenum, offering modular functionality and cost-effective upgrade possibilities. The O-ringed head flange negates the need for a gasket, and a 5-port vacuum plate with 1/4" NPT threads is included for various vacuum source needs. Additionally, this manifold now includes standard NOS provisions, featuring a small machined area on the runner section that allows for drilling and tapping for NOS nozzles. Modifications may be required for your coil pack mounts and upper intercooler pipes, as the manifold sits significantly lower than the stock unit. If utilizing aftermarket throttle bodies like Accufab, modifications to the throttle cable and TPS sensors might be necessary. The "Street Version" intake manifold is compatible with 1995-1999 2G DSM models and comes with various brass hose barb fittings and a plug. The product is backed by a 3-year warranty to the original owner, though any incident involving nitrous or other alternative fuels will void the warranty.
