Billet Aluminum Intake Manifold

Leveraging over a decade of performance-driven results, this "budget-friendly" manifold offers a significant performance upgrade. Its latest iteration features a CNC-machined billet runner section that bolts directly to the plenum, enabling modular functionality for future upgrades. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this manifold is CAD-designed and CNC-machined for precision. The O-ringed head flange removes the need for a traditional gasket, and a 5-port vacuum plate with 1/4" NPT threads is included. NOS provisions are standard, featuring a machined area on the runner section with a dimple to mark the center for users who wish to drill and tap for NOS nozzles. Installation may require modifications to coil pack mounts and upper intercooler pipes due to the manifold sitting lower than the stock unit. If utilizing aftermarket throttle bodies such as Accufab or BBK, adjustments to the throttle cable and TPS sensors might be necessary. Several finishes and throttle body flange options are available. Applications include the 1989-1994 DSM, 1992-1995 Galant VR4, and 1995-1999 DSM with a 1G head swap. The "Race Version" intake manifold comes with various brass hose barbs and a 1/4" NPT brass plug. It is backed by a 3-year limited warranty to the original owner, though any incident involving nitrous or other alternative fuels will void the warranty.
