Billet Aluminum Rear Differential Mount Insert Kit

The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Rear Differential Mount Insert Kit is engineered to address the deflection of factory rubber rear differential mounts in B9/B9.5 Audi A4/S4 & Allroad vehicles. This deflection can lead to a vague rear end feel and less-than-optimal handling during on-throttle and off-throttle transitions. These precision-machined inserts are made from T6-6061 billet aluminum with a clear anodized finish for durability. The kit includes two rear inserts and one front insert. By reducing differential movement, this kit enhances the responsiveness of the rear suspension and differential, leading to a more refined and connected driving experience, particularly when driving at the limit. It also improves shifting feel, resulting in crisper shifts. The installation is straightforward and completely reversible. Despite the performance enhancements, the design aims to minimize NVH transfer into the cabin, with users reporting low NVH levels. However, NVH is subjective, and users may experience variations. The inserts are CNC-machined in-house and have been thoroughly tested on 034Motorsport's B9 Audi A4 development vehicle.
