The 034 Motorsport Billet Aluminum Rear Main Seal is engineered as a superior replacement for the failure-prone stamped steel factory rear main seal found in 1.8T and 2.0T FSI Volkswagen and Audi engines. The OEM seal's poorly designed PTFE lip is a common point of failure, leading to oil leaks and potential crankcase pressure issues or misfires.
