Billet Aluminum Rear Subframe Mount Insert Kit

The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Rear Subframe Mount Insert Kit is engineered to enhance the driving dynamics of B8/B8.5 Audi S4/RS4, S5/RS5, Allroad, Q5/SQ5, and 95B Porsche Macan vehicles. Factory rubber rear subframe mounts can deflect under load, leading to a vague rear-end feel, less-than-optimal suspension geometry, and increased understeer. This kit addresses these issues by filling voids within the factory mounts, thereby limiting subframe movement. Constructed from T6-6061 billet aluminum and CNC-machined in-house, these inserts feature a durable clear anodized finish. This results in a more refined and connected driving experience, with improved shifting feel for crisper gear changes. Installation is straightforward and can be completed in under an hour, with the process being completely reversible. The kit includes front and rear subframe insert pairs. Note that this insert set will not fit all subframe bushings; fitment depends on the direction of the steel cap covering the mount. If the steel cap's long side is in the direction of travel, these inserts will not work. If the long side is perpendicular to the line of travel, they are compatible. Refer to the installation instructions for visual guidance. The four factory rear subframe bolts can be reused as specified in the Installation Guide. New stretch factory hardware (part number WHT004756A) is available separately. SQ5 models require two specific bolts (part number WHT005800) for the front bushings on the rear subframe.
