Billet Aluminum Subframe Bushings

The 034Motorsport Subframe Bushings are precision machined from billet 6061 aluminum, designed to replace stock rubber bushings that deflect under load and allow subframe shifting. By installing these bushings, you can dramatically increase the ability to hold suspension geometry under severe cornering forces, providing a more stable and responsive driving experience. This kit includes enough pieces for one subframe front or rear application on all Audi small chassis vehicles equipped with 10mm subframe bolts. Compatible models include the 4000/4kq, UrQuattro, and 80/90/Coupe Quattro. The material used is durable billet 6061 aluminum for longevity and performance. While NVH perception is subjective, proper installation is crucial to achieving the intended NVH levels. If higher NVH is experienced, it is recommended to re-evaluate the installation and contact technical support. This product includes new OEM bolts, which are recommended by the factory to be replaced during subframe service. However, please be aware that these subframe bushings will not fit the 4000 quattro with a 4-cylinder engine.
