Billet Aluminum Supercharger Pulley Kit

By incorporating an additional floating pulley, the kit significantly increases the belt's contact area with the supercharger pulley, thereby reducing or eliminating slip. This upgrade is designed for intercooled setups and offers a more cost-effective and simpler alternative to converting to an 8-rib system. Constructed from durable billet aluminum, the kit includes a matching billet aluminum idler pulley. It is designed to accommodate supercharger pulley sizes between 2.55 and 3.25 inches. Installation is straightforward, with the potential to be completed in under 20 minutes by removing the original supercharger belt and installing the new kit. When installing this belt wrap kit, please note specific compatibility and installation considerations. It is not compatible with the Bonneville tensioner setup. For non-intercooled applications, a fuel rail stud will need to be replaced with a socket cap bolt. Additionally, the kit will interfere with ZZP billet fuel logs unless a full stack intercooler is present. The kit is available in two generations to suit different vehicle applications. The Gen III unit is intended for 1997-2003 Grand Prix models, as well as 2004-2005 Monte Carlos and Impalas. The Gen V unit is designed for 2004 and newer Grand Prix models.
