The ECS Tuning Coolant Outlet Hose Kit is designed to replace the failure-prone plastic fitting on the N54 engine. This kit features a billet aluminum adapter for increased durability and a silicone replacement hose. The aluminum adapter is manufactured from 6061-T6 billet with a type III anodize finish, offering superior strength and corrosion resistance compared to OEM plastic.

This kit offers a significantly more durable solution, featuring a billet 6061-T6 aluminum adapter with type III anodize for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The included 4-ply reinforced silicone hose provides improved longevity over the OE rubber version, featuring a flourosilicone lined internal layer for superior chemical resistance. Silicone's inherent properties also offer reduced thermal conductivity and enhanced resistance to ozone and UV degradation, contributing to overall performance and durability. The components are designed to follow OEM form for a perfect fitment and utilize the OEM O-ring (11537545278) for a proper seal. This kit provides a direct upgrade, preventing future brittle fatigue and potential breakage during removal and re-installation of the OE plastic part.
