Description

The S90 Billet Aluminum Throttle Body offers a direct bolt-on performance upgrade for 1G/2G DSM and Evo 1/2/3 models. Precision CNC machined from durable AL6061 T6 billet aluminum, this throttle body is designed to enhance engine performance by optimizing airflow. The throttle shaft and blade assembly are separately CNC machined from AL7075-T6 aluminum, contributing to increased horsepower and torque. This throttle body is available in either a 70mm or 74mm bore size to suit different performance needs. Included with the throttle body are a new gasket and all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. Installation notes suggest that factory FIAV (Fast Idle Air Valve) components can be transferred, or an FIAV block-off plate and gasket are available separately. A 3-inch coupler is generally recommended for both 70mm and 74mm throttle bodies, though fitment may be snug on the larger size. Vehicle Fitment includes: 1990-1999 Eclipse GST/GSX, 1990-1998 Talon TSi, 1990-1994 Laser RS, CD9A Evolution I, and CE9A Evolution II III.
