Billet Aluminum Transmission Mount Insert

The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Transmission Mount Insert is engineered for B8 Audi A4/S4/RS4 and A5/S5/RS5 models to address excessive transmission movement caused by voids in the factory mount. This movement can lead to noticeable drivetrain slop during acceleration, deceleration, and shifting. By filling this void, the insert significantly reduces transmission movement without introducing additional noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH) into the cabin, resulting in crisper shifts and an improved driving feel. Constructed from T6-6061 billet aluminum and CNC-machined in-house, this insert features a durable clear anodized finish. The product includes new Grade 12.9 installation hardware, which is stronger than the OE torque-to-yield bolts and allows for re-use. Blue Loctite is also provided for proper installation, with a recommended torque specification of 30nm. This transmission mount insert is compatible with a wide range of Audi models including A4 (B8/B8.5), A6 (C8, C7.5), S4 (B8/B8.5), RS4 (B8/B8.5), A5 (B8/B8.5), S5 (B8/B8.5), RS5 (B8/B8.5), Q5/SQ5 (B8/B8.5), and Allroad (B8/B8.5). Specific engine and drivetrain configurations are listed for certain models, such as the 3.0T for the C8 A6 and 3.2L V6 for the B8 A4.
