Crafted from 6061 aerospace-grade billet aluminum, each pulley is precisely CNC machined, turned, milled, and balanced based on computer-generated designs. This meticulous process ensures maximum performance, strength, and minimal weight. Significantly lighter than stock, the STILLEN pulley weighs in at just 0.99 lbs, a substantial reduction from the OEM pulley's 4.72 lbs. The design incorporates 304 stainless steel sleeves at main seal contact points for increased durability and maintains the stock timing marks with precision-broached keyways. This underdrive pulley provides approximately a 20% reduction in pulley speed, which can lead to noticeable improvements in throttle response and quicker RPM climbing. A shorter drive belt is required for installation and is sold separately.
