Billet Aluminum Valve Cover Breather and Catch Can Kit

The CTS Turbo Catch Can Kit offers a premier solution for Gen1 EA888.1 2.0TSI engines, preventing oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and causing issues like reduced performance and poor fuel mileage. The kit includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum valve cover breather, a billet aluminum catch can with a dipstick, and -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses. Installation is a complete bolt-on process with all necessary hardware included, such as an oil catch can mounting bracket, modular intake manifold plug, hose-Wrangler clamp, and an o-ring for the rear PCV. The kit is designed to fit various MK6 Volkswagen GTI/Jetta GLI, MK2 Audi TT, MK2 Audi A3, and Volkswagen Passat models from specified years with the 2.0 TSI engine. Important fitment notes include checking the engine mount bolt for a stud; if a flat bolt is present, a double-ended stud (N91029602) must be purchased separately. This catch can is not for vehicles with a charcoal canister. If installing with a CTS Turbo engine mount, order bracket CTS-HW-426. It is also not compatible with the factory Noise Pipe; a noise pipe delete kit must be selected if applicable. Additionally, during winter months, care must be taken to prevent the liquid inside the catch can from freezing, which could cause engine damage.
