This innovative design functions like a rivet nut: simply drill a hole, install the return tube, insert the fitting with its rubber washer, and tighten the bolt from the underside. Constructed from durable 6061 billet aluminum, this fitting has undergone testing to ensure compatibility with tank material thicknesses up to 1/8" (0.125 inches). Each kit is comprehensive, including an oversized Viton Fluoroelastomer Rubber Sealing Washer for a reliable seal, a Hex Head Screw with a Steel Washer for secure mounting, a -6AN Low Profile Port Plug with a Viton O-Ring, and two tube options (Fixed and Flexible Nylon) to accommodate various setups.
