Billet CNC Caliper With Differential Bore

The Ksport ProComp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping performance for your vehicle. The kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, that weighs just over 5lbs. This caliper includes a differential bore configuration, protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. For applications where thermal stress is a concern, a floating disc option is available to prevent warping. The unique rotor slot design helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance between 194°F and 1022°F, offering reduced dust and noise. For extreme track conditions, Ksport RC1 Race Pads are recommended with optimal operating temperatures between 482°F and 1472°F. This specific kit is designed for the rear of the 1995-1998 Nissan 240sx (S14) with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern. It is important to note that Ksport Big Brake kits fit 2WD vehicles only.
