The Turner Motorsport Complete Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit is engineered to replace the failure-prone factory plastic charge pipes on N55 engines. The OE pipes are known to become brittle due to heat cycling, leading to cracks, boost leaks, and complete failures under increased boost pressure. This kit offers a robust solution with improved airflow, enhanced throttle response, and increased reliability. The charge pipes are constructed from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with mandrel-bent 2.85” tubing, which is larger than stock to maximize flow. They feature billet CNC throttle body flanges for OEM fitment and a black powder-coated finish for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The silicone hoses are 4-ply reinforced, and the aluminum couplers are 6061-T6 type II black anodized, ensuring a secure connection to the factory turbo and intercooler. This kit includes both the hot-side and cold-side charge pipes, along with all necessary adapters and clamps for installation. For manual transmission vehicles, plug #13907515387 is required (sold separately). It is important to note that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board regulations.
