Billet Differential Brace

The Per4mance Development Billet Differential Brace is engineered to reinforce the rear differential housing for high-torque Mopar RWD applications. This brace is constructed from CNC-machined T-6061 billet aluminum, ensuring durability and strength. It is designed to attach to the differential using the main and secondary differential-case bolts, and it secures to the rear cross-member with 10 mm bolts. Key features include the use of two rubber isolators for vibration dampening and the inclusion of Grade 10.9 fasteners and P4D tool-less inserts. The brace is available in three finishes: gloss black, brake caliper red, or orange. It is designed to help prevent differential case failures, which have been reported in some high-performance V8 models. This differential brace is specifically designed for 2015–2023 Dodge Charger models (R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat), 2015–2023 Dodge Challenger models (R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat), and 2015–2023 Chrysler 300 models (300C and 300S). It is recommended to confirm the exact application before purchase. Installation involves attaching the brace to the differential-case and rear-cross-member points, and fasteners should be torqued to the manufacturer's specifications.
