Billet Flex Plate

The SunCoast AS69-BFP Billet Flex Plate is engineered to handle the high torque output of Cummins engines, especially when paired with a performance torque converter. Stock flex plates can crack or rip under increased torque and a no-slip converter, making this billet upgrade essential for reliable power transfer. Constructed from billet material, this flex plate is CNC machined from a forging for superior strength. It includes machined reliefs between the converter mounting area and crank flange to allow for necessary flex, while its increased thickness prevents cracking. This flexible billet flywheel is designed to meet or exceed SFI Specification 29.3 standards for materials, mechanical properties, design, and rotational integrity. This flex plate is compatible with AS69 and 68RFE transmissions. It fits all AS69 and 68RFE equipped vehicles up to 2018, and also fits 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 models with the 6.7L Cummins engine.
