The Burger Motorsports BMS-G20-B58-INT is a billet intake system designed for the G20/G21 B58 BMW M340i/340iX and G42 B58 M240iX. It unlocks up to 8+ wheel horsepower and dramatically improves throttle response, turbo spool, and sound. The intake is CNC machined from billet aluminum with a black anodized finish and includes a reusable high-flow inverted cone filter. It retains the OEM cold air ducting, airbox bottom, and factory heat shield, making installation quick and fully reversible.

The Burger Motorsports BMS-G20-B58-INT billet intake system is engineered to significantly enhance the performance and auditory experience of your G20/G21 B58 BMW M340i/340iX (2019+) and G42 B58 M240iX (2022+). This system is designed to allow more air into the engine, unlocking gains of up to 8+ wheel horsepower. Beyond the power increase, drivers will notice a dramatic improvement in throttle response, a more pronounced turbo spool sound under acceleration, and an enhanced exhaust note. Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum and finished with a durable black anodizing, the intake features a large 3.5-inch inlet. It utilizes a reusable BMS high-flow inverted cone filter, available in oiled red or blue, or a dry extendable option. Crucially, the system retains the factory cold air ducting, the bottom portion of the OEM airbox, and the factory heat shield to maintain efficient heat isolation and airflow. Installation is straightforward, taking only minutes and is fully reversible. The kit includes the billet MAF housing, a renewable inverted cone filter with clamp, a 2-piece billet bracket, and all necessary stainless steel hardware. Replacement filters and a cleaning/oiling kit are available separately.
