The RacingLine Oil Catch Can System is engineered as a complete PCV replacement for the Audi B9 S4, S5, and SQ5 models equipped with the 3.0 TFSI V6T EA839 engine. It features a PCV replacement block and an internally-baffled tank to prevent oil residue build-up in your intercooler and inlet tracts, ensuring clean airflow to the inlet manifold. Constructed from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum with a stunning 'Liquid Titanium' anodised finish, the catch tank is designed for durability and aesthetics. It includes a dipstick for easy level checking and a drain plug for simple emptying, with an optional Remote Drain Kit available. The PCV replacement block is crafted from billet aluminum with a gloss black anodised finish and incorporates twin, internally baffled separator outlets. The system utilizes Norma quick-release fittings for the outlet and -6AN fittings for the dual inlets, all connected by 210 series braided hoses with nylon braid and stainless steel inner weave. This system replaces the factory PCV system and includes a billet oil filler cap, eliminating the failure-prone PCV check-valve. The catch tank itself features a three-way internal division for effective separation of moisture and oil. Confirmed applications include Audi S4 B9 (2016+), S5 B9 (2017+), S4 B9.5 (2019+, excluding European TDI models), S5 B9.5 (2019+, excluding European TDI models), and SQ5 80A (2017+, excluding European facelift TDI models). It also fits the Audi A6 C8, A7 C8, A8 D4, and other models with the 3.0 TFSI EA839 engine. Please note: This system is not recommended for ECU calibrations running boost levels over 2 bar / 30PSI.
