The Boundary Racing CYEB-OPG billet oil pump gears are manufactured entirely in Dallas, Texas. The process begins with quenching chromoly billets from extreme heat, followed by tempering to create an indestructible core. After machining, a ColdFlow surface hardening process is applied, resulting in a mirror finish. These gears are surface ground for ultimate fitment and performance, featuring an indestructible chromoly core, inner and outer gears machined in matched sets, and Boundary's own race-inspired gerotor design for enhanced flow and strength. Each set undergoes hand, machine, and hardness inspection, complete with a Blueprinting Report. These performance-grade oil pump gears offer stability over 9000 RPM and have been proven to support in excess of 1000 wheel horsepower. They provide higher efficiency and less friction compared to stock gears. The product is backed by one of the industry's best warranties. Part Number CYEB-OPG is specifically designed to fit Ford Cyclone Ecoboost V6 3.5L and 3.7L engines from 2015-2017. It is important to note that this part explicitly excludes the 2.7L engine variant.
