The Livernois Motorsports LPP701141 is a set of billet oil pump gears designed for Ford modular engines. The stock oil pump gears are made from powdered metal and are prone to fracturing under harmonic stress, which can lead to a loss of oil pressure and severe engine damage. This is especially common when superchargers are added or due to detonation from improper fuel or tuning. Replacing the stock gears with these billet components is highly recommended when rebuilding or repairing a Ford modular engine.

The Livernois Motorsports LPP701141 billet oil pump gears are designed to replace the weak powdered metal gears found in the stock oil pumps of Ford modular engines. These stock gears are susceptible to fracturing under harmonic stress from the crankshaft, a condition exacerbated by the addition of superchargers or detonation from poor fuel quality or incorrect tuning. Such a failure can result in a critical loss of oil pressure, potentially causing severe engine damage. This upgrade is constructed from durable billet material, offering superior strength and resistance to the stresses that plague OEM components. Livernois Motorsports recommends replacing the oil pump and gears together; however, they do offer these billet gears separately if you have a new pump housing already. This product is specifically designed to fit 2011-2021 Ford vehicles equipped with the 3.5L Ecoboost engine. It is important to note that this part DOES NOT FIT the H.O. Raptor engine.
