The MMR Billet Oil Pump Gears are the finest available for your engine, designed using state-of-the-art CAD modeling. Manufactured from premium US Aerospace Grade Billet Steel, these gears are heat-treated and CNC machined for a precise fit. They offer a direct fit into all 5.0 TiVCT oil pump housings, requiring no modification for installation.

These gears are heat-treated to exact Rockwell standards and CNC machined to a near-mirror finish, ensuring a precise fit that surpasses wire-cut and hand-paired competitors. The design incorporates larger-than-factory clearances, optimized for the chosen material to enhance reliability in high-performance applications, similar to the increased clearances found in aftermarket forged pistons. They are tested to withstand over 3500HP and 10,000RPM in MMR's twin-turbo Coyote engine.
