The Vargas Turbo Technology Billet N54 PCV Cover & Valve Upgrade directly addresses the well-known PCV system problems inherent in the BMW N54 engine. The factory PCV valve, often made of plastic, is prone to failure, leading to significant issues such as crankcase pressurization, detrimental oiling problems, engine smoking, and in severe cases, catastrophic engine damage. Constructed from precision-machined billet aluminum, this PCV valve features a robust internal seat and spring design, ensuring consistent and reliable operation. The accompanying Billet PCV Cover provides a perfect pairing, creating a comprehensive solution for maintaining proper crankcase ventilation. This upgrade is recommended during turbocharger upgrades or replacements, as a worn stock valve can compromise performance and lead to oil-related issues. This kit is a direct replacement for the OEM valve and is compatible with all BMW N54 engines. Customers can choose between purchasing the PCV valve only, the cover only, or a complete kit that includes both components at a discounted price.
