Billet Piston Blow-Off Valve

The Forge Motorsport FMFSITAT-C is an atmospheric blow-off valve kit engineered as a direct replacement for OEM solenoid valves in selected VAG petrol turbocharged engines. This hybrid design combines a full replacement recirculating valve with a blow-off valve adapter, seamlessly integrating with OEM electronics to prevent fault codes and check engine lights. Constructed from aerospace-grade billet alloy with a piston-based internal design, this valve offers enhanced reliability and lightning-fast response, addressing common OEM failures like diaphragm rupture that lead to boost leaks. Its unique slots allow for quicker air release and a distinct atmospheric sound. The kit includes an intake manifold tap with additional provisions for boost gauges or water/meth injection triggers. This blow-off valve is particularly well-suited for the B7 and B8 chassis Audi A4 and A5 with the 2.0T engine due to its shorter overall installed height, which prevents interference with the chassis frame rail. It fits 1.4T, 1.8T, and 2.0T FSI and TSI engines, including the late 2011-2013 2.0 engine with the IHI turbo. For 1.4 Turbo engines, the boost sensor adapter FMBGFK3 must be purchased separately. Important Fitment Note: This valve ONLY fits 1.4 turbo engines up to early 2013, where the turbo is mounted at the front of the engine bay. It will not fit engine codes CMBA & CXSB. The package includes the FMFSITAT valve, wiring harness, solenoid, bracket, PCV adapter kit, an uprated blue spring, cable ties, 2000mm of 4mm vacuum hose, and an instruction booklet.
