The Hinson HC016 is a complete conventional clutch kit designed for UTV and ATV applications. It is precision machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum to aerospace tolerances and hard coated for enhanced wear resistance.

The Hinson Racing HC016 clutch kit is a high-performance upgrade designed for demanding ATV and UTV/SXS applications. This complete billet-proof conventional clutch kit features an 8-plate configuration, providing enhanced durability and engagement. Precision machined from billet T-6 aircraft quality aluminum, the HC016 is built to aerospace tolerances. Its components are hard-coated for superior wear resistance, offering up to five times the lifespan compared to stock clutches when properly maintained. This construction contributes to improved clutch performance and extended life, as well as better heat dissipation. The HC016 clutch kit is specifically compatible with the Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee from 1987-2006 and the Yamaha RZ350 from 1984-1985.
