The AWR Racing AWR-6301 rear motor mount is engineered to provide robust support for your engine and transmission. Constructed from a CNC-machined billet aluminum body, this mount features a 62 durometer rating, designed to minimize engine and transmission movement. This reduction in flex helps to put more power to the road and reduces drivetrain lash, improving overall drivability. Its construction aims to absorb the rotational forces of the engine and transmission assembly, preventing these movements from being transmitted through the drivetrain. Users have reported that the 62 durometer option adds no noticeable NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) while still providing significant benefits. This specific part, AWR-6301, is intended for 2006-2007 MazdaSpeed 6 models. It is important to note that different part numbers exist for other applications, such as AWR-6301-V6 for 2006-2008 V6 MANUAL cars. This mount does not fit 6-speed automatic transmissions.
