The ZRP Billet Stroker Crankshaft is engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the 3.0L Toyota Supra 2JZ engine, specifically for the Mk4 model. Crafted in Greece from aerospace-grade 4340 solid billet steel, this crankshaft significantly enhances engine performance by increasing displacement to 3.3L (86.0mm x 94.0mm stroke). ZRP has meticulously designed this crankshaft with an optimized, reinforced, and lightened structure to handle extreme power levels. Key design features include undercut profiled counterweights to minimize weight, a counterweight bridge for rigidity in high-stress areas, and a “High-Speed” oiling system for superior lubrication. The crankshaft also benefits from chamfered oil holes, journal radius stress dispersion, and tapered rod journals for further weight reduction. Technical specifications highlight a full CNC machining process, ION (Plasma) Nitride hardening, Multi-Stage Heat Treatment, and shot peening for stress release. Each unit is 100% Magna-fluxed for a flawless surface finish and sonic tested and X-rayed to ensure reliability. The crankshaft is fully balanced to 2gr.cm +/- 0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machines, with a balance results report included. Specifications include a 94mm stroke, 61.994mm main journal, and 51.991mm rod journal, with a total weight of 22.3kg.
