Billet T6 Aluminum Dual Fuel Pump Hanger w/ Dual Walbro 525 LPH E85 Pumps

The Racetronix Dual In-Tank Fuel Pump system is engineered to provide robust fuel delivery for performance-oriented turbocharged engines, specifically fitting 1984-1987 Buick Regal models including the Grand National and T-Type. Constructed with a CnC Billet T6 Aluminum modular dual fuel pump hanger, this system houses two Walbro F90000285 525 LPH E85 (Hellcat) fuel pumps. It features massive -10 AN ORB outlet and -6 AN ORB return ports for significant flow capacity. The system includes a weatherproof, 100% plug-and-play heavy-duty wiring harness, dedicated pump circuits with a new 6-way bulkhead connector, and a roll-over safety venting valve. It also comes with a new stainless-steel locking ring and OE-type tank gasket. This system supports up to 1000 RWHP and is E85 compatible. It offers options for a 90-ohm ceramic level sender resistor for analog dashes (standard) or a 120-ohm resistor for digital dashes (optional). A 15 PSI Hobbs pressure switch is included to activate the secondary pump at a specific boost level, optimizing fuel delivery and reducing wear. Quick-disconnect, ORB adapters or a Racetronix fuel line kit are required for outlet and return line connections; factory fuel lines cannot be used with this system. Minimum recommended fuel system requirements include -8 PTFE feed and -6 PTFE return lines, with optimal setup calling for -10 PTFE feed and -6 PTFE return lines. Barb adapters are strictly prohibited.
