The PRL Motorsports billet throttle body adapter kit is engineered to bridge the gap between popular intake manifold swaps (RBC, RRC, and Skunk2 Pro Series) and a 70mm drive-by-wire throttle body from an Acura ZDX or MDX. This adapter is a key component for K-Series engine performance upgrades, particularly for models like the 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si, 2013-2015 Acura ILX, 2009-2014 Acura TSX, and 2008-2012 Honda Accord which often feature less efficient factory intake manifolds. Constructed from billet 6061 aluminum, this adapter allows for a seamless connection without requiring welding or machining. It adapts OEM-style intake manifolds to a 70mm throttle body, which is a significant upgrade for increasing airflow potential in these newer DBW K-Series vehicles. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as M8x25mm SHCS bolts, M8x50mm flange bolts, a size 152 O-ring, vacuum hose, and an EVAP fitting. This adapter is essential for performance enthusiasts looking to maximize airflow and power from their K-Series engine.
