Billet Transmission Mount w/ Tunable Poly Inserts

The JXB Performance billet transmission mount is engineered as a robust upgrade for the stock component found in 6th generation Ford Explorer and 2nd generation Lincoln Aviator AWD models from 2020 onwards. This mount directly replaces the factory part, which is noted for its tendency to fail. Constructed from durable billet aluminum, it incorporates tunable polyurethane inserts that allow for customization of stiffness and performance. The primary benefit of this upgrade is enhanced throttle response due to reduced driveline slack and minimized transmission movement under load. Extensive testing using motion tracking software during 'mash and go' launches revealed that the JXB Performance mount significantly reduces peak transmission displacement. Specifically, the Street bushings offer a 33% reduction, Performance bushings provide a 56% reduction, and Track bushings achieve a 64% reduction compared to the OEM mount's severe bottom-out effect. The included polyurethane bushings are available in three distinct densities to cater to different driving needs. The Street density provides a 33% reduction in movement with no noticeable increase in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH). The Performance density offers a 56% reduction and is reported to have no increase in NVH on the test vehicle, though slight increases are possible. The Track density delivers the maximum 64% reduction in movement, with only a slight, generally unnoticeable increase in NVH. Fitment is confirmed for U625 (6th gen, 2020+) Ford Explorer models with 4 and 6-cylinder engines, AWD drivetrains, and all trims. It is also compatible with U611 (2nd gen, 2020+) Lincoln Aviator, all AWD models.
