Overview

The Turbo Concepts B9-HY-600 is an upgraded turbocharger designed for performance applications. It features a high-performance dual ceramic ball bearing system and a fully VSR balanced and tested design. This turbo is capable of producing over 600 HP with proper tuning and supporting modifications.

The turbocharger includes a larger A/R compressor housing and a .8CM A/R turbine housing to reduce back pressure. It utilizes a fully point milled billet compressor wheel and a G30 style 9-blade turbine wheel. The unit bolts up to the stock location and uses the original IS20 lines and electronic wastegate.

The Turbo Concepts TCD600 turbocharger is a high-performance upgrade engineered for applications including the Audi A4 (B8.5/B9), B9 Audi A4 Q5 ALLROAD, and Porsche Macan 2.0. This turbocharger boasts a robust construction featuring a high-performance dual ceramic ball bearing system for enhanced durability and spool-up. It incorporates dual turbine and compressor side seals to prevent oil leakage and improve longevity. The unit is fully VSR balanced and tested, with a capacity to support over 600 HP when paired with proper tuning and supporting engine modifications such as upgraded fueling and intake systems. The TCD600 features a larger A/R compressor housing, reducing inlet depression by 20%, and a .8CM A/R turbine housing to significantly decrease back pressure compared to stock IS20 units. It is equipped with a fully point milled billet 9-blade compressor wheel and a G30-style 9-blade turbine wheel (713C). This STG2 unit bolts directly into the stock location, utilizing the original IS20 lines and electronic wastegate. A new electronic wastegate is available separately if needed. Fitment includes: Audi A4 B9 2.0 TFSI 2016+, Audi A4 B8.5 2.0 TSI 2008-2015, Audi A4 Allroad 2.0 TFSI 2009+, Audi A5 B9 2.0 TSI 2017+, Audi A6 C7 2.0 TFSI 2011-2018, and Porsche Macan 2.0 TSI 2018+.
